Ordered this dress for my mom. The custom order process was easy, they confirmed the measurements with notes before processing the order, allowing me to make adjustment. The dress fits nicely. The color I chose was Champagne, but it runs a tad yellow-ish in real life. The lace is quite nice. Shipping was good too, purchased it at the end of July and it arrived mid August.
