Great customer service. Love the custom made option which saves time and money. Shipping is fast. The dress arrived in a beautiful box and a waterproof ziplock bag which is protected by a shipping box. This dress is lovely. I wish the sleeves can fit better though.

I have been meaning to post a review since I purchased my Mother of the Bride dress in April. I took my own measurements and ordered custom made. I was so absolutely pleased with the quality, fit and tailoring of the dress. It is better made than dresses that I have seen at bridal shops. The sewing lines are straight, the hem was even and the material was top quality and soft. I would recommend getting the color swatches prior to purchasing since computer screen colors vary. I would highly recommend jjshouse. I received many many compliments on my dress!!! I love my dress!!

Dress is beautiful! Very nice material. Fit is a little tight, had to have seams let out so would recommend that you do not skimp on measurements. Can't wait to wear this to my son's wedding!

Unbelievable! I highly recommend this website for any order! It came in no time, Packaging was neat and perfect, color was perfect, quality was impeccable and the sizes were perfect (we had it custom).
The dress is beyond beautiful! Thanks JJsHouse! We would have paid huge amount of money for something of lesser quality!

I bought this dress for my mom in the grape color. The moment she tried it on she took pictures and kept saying she felt like a princess. When I asked her what she though she said, "I love the lace and chiffon, such nice quality!" It was exactly like the picture. The overall design is just beautiful with quality material. The chiffon is so soft and the lace has exquisite detail. Mom is 5"7' and 123 pounds and she ordered a size 6. Fits like a glove. It's about an inch too long but with a little heel she will be set. We will definitely want to purchase more from this company in the future.

So pleased with the dress I bought through JJ’s House! I had an online chat prior to ordering as I had not ordered with them before plus in the UK and time was quite tight. However they put a note on my order to make it a priority and kept me posted with progress. It arrived with a week to spare and was brilliant! Great quality of material and made to an excellent standard. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to my friends! We had a great night and I received lots of comments about the dress!! Thank you!
